**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- This position shall have adequate knowledge of the cuisine and previous experience ofworking in organised setups and reputed restaurant/hotel chains.
- Should maintains daily mis-en-place and prepares certain food items for the following days

**duties.**
- Should have in depth knowledge of the cuisine.
- Should prepares and services all food items according to standard operating procedures andensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items.
- Monitors related equipment, reporting any problems or inconsistencies to the CDP andperforms other related duties as required.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Should be a hotel management graduate or diploma holder.
- Should have minimum of 3 years of previous experience as a Commi II/III.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
