*Job Description: CDP (Chef de Partie)*

*Location*: Vattavada, Munnar *Position*: Full-Time *Experience*: 4+ years in a similar role, preferably in a four-star resort/hotel

*Reports To*: Executive Chef --
- *Role Overview*: The CDP Chef is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes in a specific section of the kitchen. This role involves ensuring food quality, hygiene standards, and efficient kitchen operations. --
- *Key Responsibilities*: - *Food Preparation*: Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and resort standards. - *Quality Control*: Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portioning of dishes. - *Team Support*: Assist in training and guiding junior kitchen staff. - *Stock Management*: Monitor and maintain inventory for your section. - *Hygiene*: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen. --- *Requirements*: - *Experience*: 4 years as a CDP or similar role in a resort/hotel kitchen. - *Skills*: Strong cooking skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of kitchen safety. - *Other*: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. --- *Compensation*: - Competitive salary with accommodation and meals provided. --
