Create and refine design concepts, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and objectives.
- Develop innovative and visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and marketing goals.
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, posters, and banners to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and communicate project progress effectively.
- Collaborate with photographers, illustrators, and other professionals to create or source visuals and artwork as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives for various projects, including packaging design, print materials, digital assets, and social media content.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and contribute fresh ideas.
- Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access for future use.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the jewellery industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative design projects
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout principles, and visual composition.
- Familiarity with digital design best practices, including web and social media platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present and articulate design concepts.
- Detail-oriented mind-set with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate evolving design requirements and changing priorities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
