**Responsibilities**:

- Graphic Design:

- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs for a variety of mediums, including print materials, digital assets, and promotional collateral.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity that aligns with the brand guidelines.
- Social Media Post Designing:

- Design engaging and shareable social media graphics for various platforms, ensuring that they resonate with our target audience.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into creative designs.
- Branding:

- Work closely with the marketing team to refine and enhance the overall brand identity.
- Create brand assets that effectively communicate our values and message.
- Website UI/UX:

- Collaborate with the web development team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Ensure a seamless and aesthetically pleasing user experience across all digital platforms.
- Multimedia Design:

- Develop multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Bring creativity and innovation to storytelling through various multimedia channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Creative Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
- Expertise in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing for websites and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of branding principles and the ability to create a cohesive brand identity.
- Experience with multimedia design, including video editing and animation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date with the latest design trends and technology.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
