**Key Responsibilities**:
**Conceptualization**: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with the brand's objectives.

**Graphic Design**: Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website elements, brochures, and advertisements.

**Brand Consistency**: Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and contribute to a cohesive brand message.

**Deadline Management**: Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and diverse design projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to new design trends and technologies.

**Experience**:

- 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
