**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an accounting leadership role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and Tally Prime
- Adequate knowledge of FCRA and handling FCRA projects

**Scope of Work**:

- **Financial Oversight**: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reports, cash management, payroll, and financial disbursements.
- **Financial Record Maintenance**: Enter financial data and maintain all financial records for the organization's projects.
- **Financial Control and Budget Analysis**: Manage financial control, prepare and analyze budgets, and provide recommendations on budget expenditures.
- **Procurement Management**: Oversee the all procurement and purchases related to projects and the organization.
- **Expenditure Monitoring**: Monitor project expenditures to ensure appropriate use of funds by the fiscal year-end.
- **Donor Reporting**: Ensure timely submission of financial reports to donors.
- **Financial Audits**: Oversee financial audits for all projects within the organization.
- **Proposal Development and Project Management**: Provide financial inputs for proposal development and contribute to Management policies.
- **Financial Reporting**: Monitor financial delivery against work plans and prepare relevant periodic reports.
- **Financial Analysis**: Analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and financial ratios to assess profitability, liquidity, and efficiency.
- **Financial Record Review**: Maintain and review financial records for accuracy and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- **Coordination**: Work closely with the Accounts Manager, internal auditor, and ensure banking activities, reconciliation, and timely payments to service providers.

**Skills Required**:

- Proven work experience of up to 4-5 years as an Accounts Officer
- Experience working with Tally Prime.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)
- Adequate knowledge on TDS and Bank reconciliation

**Benefits**:

- Gross Salary**:25,000-30,000**/ **per month**, depending on qualification and experience.

**Contract Period
- **Initially 1 year (Extendable on the basis of performance).
