- Having 1-5 Year of Experience in Agriculture Input Industry - Sales / Marketing / Production/R&D
- Must be a self-learner, team player
- should possess good communication skills
- Immediate joiners would be preferred

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Having experience as an Agronomist, Horticulturist and Plant breeder
- Collect, clean, and pre-process large agricultural datasets for analysis
- Responsible for analyzing, developing and refining the algorithms for pest and disease analysis, weather analysis and market trend analysis
- High-level experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases
- knowledge about market trends, market analysis, Product analysis, and new products in the input Market
- Identify suitable areas of research for new molecules, new agronomic techniques, latest agricultural updates
- Provide Technical support to the input team
- Must have knowledge about Crop agronomy, Cropping pattern, Crop physiology, crop nutrition, crop pathology, crop entomology and required agricultural fungicide, pesticide, plant growth regulators, Fertilizer and agro Molecules
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Having strong exposure to Maharashtrian farmers and understanding of marathi language
