This position is part of IADS practice
- Analyzes business needs and Responsible for deployment of Robotic process automation (RPA) and AI with the given specification and requirement
- Designing solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions
- Serve as bridge between the Technical Manager and End users to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
- Problem solving issues that arise in day - to - day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required
- Should adapt with tools on business process automation
- Should possess a good understanding of process design and technical design documents in automation space
- Should be a proactive problem solver, strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions
- Should have excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English (worked in a global / multicultural environment)
- Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders and their respective requests for analysis
- Handle Business Analysis team member by managing conflicts, planning resource utilization and assign projects based on their skillset
