**CNC Machine Operator-JD**

**Location**: Thirumudivakkam, Chennai

**Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of our CNC machines, ensuring they produce high-quality parts efficiently and safely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC machines according to blueprints, programs, and specifications.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely and efficiently.
- Monitor machine operation, identify and troubleshoot problems, and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and tool changes.
- Maintain accurate records of production, quality control checks, and machine maintenance.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Program CNC machines using programming languages.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or ITI
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to meet production deadlines and quality standards

**Job Types**: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
