4. Confidential Matters: Handle confidential matters, including personnel files and sensitive information.
6. Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
7. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including research, data analysis, and reporting.
- **Requirements**:_
1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative assistant.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with senior management, employees, and external contacts.
4. Organizational Skills: Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
5. Discretion and Confidentiality: Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
