**Key Responsibilities:1. Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons based on the curriculum (CBSE/ICSE/State Board/IB/IGCSE).
- Develop lesson plans covering grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading comprehension, and literature.
- Use creative teaching methods, including storytelling, role-plays, debates, and digital learning tools.
- Prepare students for school exams, Olympiads, and language proficiency tests.

**2. Assessment & Student Evaluation**:

- Conduct tests, quizzes, and assignments to assess students' understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on written and spoken English skills.
- Maintain records of students’ academic performance and suggest improvement strategies.

**3. Classroom & Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Identify and assist students with learning difficulties through remedial sessions.
- Encourage students to participate in literary activities, such as essay writing, poetry recitation, and dramatics.

**4. Curriculum Development & Professional Growth**:

- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the English curriculum and teaching techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, language trends, and educational advancements.
- Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development programs.

**5. Parent & School Communication**:

- Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student progress and academic concerns.
- Work closely with school management and faculty to improve the overall learning experience.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
