**Job Summary**:
The **TGT English Teacher** is responsible for teaching English language and literature to **middle and secondary school students (Grades 6-10)**. The role involves developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills while fostering a love for literature and effective communication. The teacher will prepare students for academic success, board exams, and language proficiency through engaging lessons and interactive activities.

**Key Responsibilities:Curriculum Planning & Instruction**:

- Develop and implement lesson plans based on the **CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, or Cambridge curriculum**.
- Teach **English grammar, vocabulary, creative writing, and literature**.
- Use **storytelling, role-playing, debates, and literary discussions** to enhance student engagement.
- Integrate **technology, multimedia resources, and digital tools** in teaching.

**Student Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Conduct **formative and summative assessments, assignments, and language-based projects**.
- Prepare students for **board exams, language proficiency tests, and competitive exams**.
- Provide constructive feedback and individualized support to improve students' language skills.

**Classroom Management & Student Engagement**:

- Maintain a **positive and disciplined classroom environment**.
- Encourage **critical thinking, creative expression, and public speaking**.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and abilities.

**Parental Communication & Student Support**:

- Conduct **parent-teacher meetings** to discuss student progress.
- Provide academic counseling and encourage students to **participate in literary activities like debates, essay writing, drama, and elocution**.

**Professional Development & School Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with **modern teaching methods, literature trends, and language learning strategies**.
- Participate in **faculty meetings, professional development workshops, and school events**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
