We are looking for enthusiastic female Sales Executives who can drive our sales efforts by generating leads and converting them into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
- **Lead Management**: Work on existing leads provided by the marketing team and follow up diligently to convert them into potential sales.
- **Client Interaction**: Conduct meetings and site visits with prospective clients to showcase the features of our luxury villas and affordable housing projects.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective buyers.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Handle negotiations effectively to close sales deals while ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for clients.
- **Market Research**: Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and trends to refine sales strategies.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline. An MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 2-4 years of sales experience in real estate, preferably in selling luxury villas or affordable housing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local languages is a plus.
- Ability to understand and convey legal aspects of land rights effectively.
- **Personality**: Presentable, confident, and target-driven.
- **Willingness to Travel**: Should be open to traveling within Himachal Pradesh for site visits and client meetings.
