**Position Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual for the role of **Business Development Executive (Outreach and Lead Engagement)**. This position primarily involves initiating communication with potential clients, introducing them to our suite of services, and scheduling follow-up meetings with senior team members. It is important to note that this is not a sales closing role—your focus will be on relationship initiation and appointment setting only.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contact and engage with a pre-listed set of prospects **through phone calls**.
- Present the company’s services and value propositions clearly and professionally.
- Encourage potential clients to schedule meetings with our Director or senior representatives.
- Maintain accurate call records, including feedback and outcomes.
- Submit concise daily reports to the internal team regarding outreach activities.

- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Comfortable with phone-based engagement.
- Previous experience in client outreach, telecalling, or business development is a plus, but not mandatory.
