Job Description:

- Coordinate with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
- Design effective training programs for sales team.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
- Support and mentor new employees and plan for their training sessions in Center Of Excellence.
- Good content knowledge (Verbal and written communication, Business writing skills, Time management, conflict management and other leadership training modules)
- Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); e-learning software is an asset.
- Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Corporate Trainer: 8 years (preferred)
