
Office Assistant

**Responsibilities**
- Doing administrative and clerical tasks (such as scanning or printing)
- Arranging meetings, appointments
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Maintaining folders on servers
- Recording meeting minutes
- Liaising with teams and units.
- flexible to travel in Kolkata for office work.
- Covering reception
- Schedule travel arrangements for Director, Senior executives as well as clients, when applicable.
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
**Requirements**:
- **Proven experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, **virtual **assistant **or in another relevant administrative role**
- **Knowledge of office administration work.**
- **Working knowledge of operating office equipment**
- **Excellent organizational and time management skills**
- **Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**
- **Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Power Point**
- **Male / Female both can apply**
- **For Male Applicant only driving skill of 2-wheeler compulsory**
- **Male **Applicants having their own bike are preferred**
- **Age Limit 25-30 years**
- **Salary: 13,000.00 - 16,000.00 per month**
- **Staying at a distance having Travelling time of 45mts to 1 hour from Sector 5**
- **Graduate having minimum 3 years’ experience with good verbal /written communication skills and computer knowledge.**
