**About Us**: Kowju Airport Hotel Calicut is an upcoming premium airport hotel featuring a 38-cover restaurant serving buffet breakfast and à la carte dining throughout the day. We pride ourselves on providing sophisticated and convenient hospitality to our airport travelers and corporate guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional and attentive service in our all-day dining restaurant
- Serve buffet breakfast and à la carte meals throughout the day
- Take and process guest orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle in-room dining orders and delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
- Assist in setting up and maintaining buffet presentations
- Process guest payments and handle billing inquiries
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service
- Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns
- Support banquet operations when required

**Qualifications**:

- 10+2 or higher education
- Previous experience in hotel F&B service preferred
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi
- Knowledge of food service and hospitality standards
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service orientation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good memory and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand and walk throughout shift
- Ability to carry serving trays and handle food service equipment
- Basic computer skills for order processing
- Team player with a positive attitude

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time position
- Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must be flexible to work during peak hours
