**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **manual testing** (functional, regression, usability, integration, and system testing).
- Develop and maintain **automated test scripts** using appropriate tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
- Identify, document, and track **bugs and defects** using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar).
- Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Verify fixes and perform **retesting** to confirm issue resolution.
- Participate in **requirements reviews** to ensure test coverage and product quality from the early stages.
- Conduct **performance, load, and stress testing** as required.
- Maintain clear, detailed, and organized testing documentation.
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and best practices.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **1+ years of experience** in software quality assurance or testing.
- Strong understanding of **software development life cycle (SDLC)** and **QA methodologies**.
- Hands-on experience with **manual testing** and **test case management tools**.
- Familiarity with **automation testing tools** (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, Cypress).
- Basic knowledge of **API testing**, **SQL**, and **version control systems (e.g., Git)**.
- Excellent **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
- Good **communication** and **team collaboration** skills.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with **mobile app testing** (iOS and Android).
- Knowledge of **performance testing tools** (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience with **CI/CD tools** (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Familiarity with **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
- Certification in QA (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
