A Site Executive is a crucial role in various industries, particularly in construction, real estate, and project management. This role involves overseeing and managing projects on-site, ensuring timely completion, adherence to quality standards, and budget control.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning and Execution**:

- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
- **Site Supervision**:

- Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to project plans.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
- Resolve site-related issues and challenges in a timely manner.
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement quality control measures to maintain project standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and motivate a team of site engineers, technicians, and workers.
- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Project, AutoCAD, and Primavera.
- Experience in site supervision and project management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
