Vikalpa Foundation runs two flagship programs, namely, **Super 100 **and **Mission Buniyaad, **in collaboration with Haryana Government and School Education Department of Haryana. We are currently looking forward to hire for our Edtech program “Mission Buniyaad” which will cater the entire region of Haryana.

**Academic Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain academic schedules and calendars.
- Coordinate with academic staff, faculty, and students to ensure the smooth operation of academic programs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on academic progress and outcomes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of academic events and initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of academic programs.
- Provide guidance and support to students with academic concerns or issues.
- Conduct academic research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date academic records and data.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Teaching field
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of academic policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, faculty, and students.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Pay: ₹20,833.00 - ₹29,166.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
