**Job Details**:
- Provide standard clerical duties as assigned, including copying, mailing, and communicating with internal customers and external vendors/service providers.
- Create written and typed reports, including memos, business letters and MIS.
- Help organize small to large scale events and provide ongoing assistance during events.
- Maintain and order necessary office equipment and supplies, as needed.
- Travel Desk management
- SMS/ISO Certification documentation and implementation Facility/Security Management.
- Legal compliance of GIFT SEZ.
- Liasoning with various Government officials, Landlords, Vendors etc.
- 1+ years' experience as Administration Executive
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent networking skills, especially with regard to distribution channels and social media
- Knowledge of or ability to learn to use office equipment.
- Highly dependable and trustworthy
- Extremely effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization.
- Knowledge of English and Gujarati language is must
