**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Search and track tender opportunities through online portals and websites.
- Assist in downloading and organizing tender documents.
- Prepare basic documentation, letters, and forms required for tenders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary information.
- Ensure tenders are submitted on time and in the correct format.
- Maintain records of tenders submitted and upcoming deadlines.
- Support with vendor registration on e-procurement platforms (e.g., GeM, CPP, etc.).
- Follow up with departments for post-tender clarification and updates.

**Requirements**:

- **Basic computer knowledge** is a must.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the tendering and procurement field.

**Education**:

- **No formal degree required**, but higher secondary education (12th pass) is preferred.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**:

- Knowledge of online tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, etc.
- Experience in filing or administrative roles is an advantage.
