Aesthetic Counsellor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic goals.
- Educate clients on available treatments, procedures, and skincare products (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, facials, etc.).
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate services in collaboration with medical practitioners.
- Develop and maintain treatment plans tailored to individual client goals and budgets.
- Build rapport and trust with clients to foster long-term relationships.
- Ensure clients are well-informed of risks, benefits, costs, and post-care instructions.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, technicians, and front desk staff for seamless service.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and techniques in the aesthetics industry.
- Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional events when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an aesthetic counsellor or in a similar role in a dermatology or cosmetic clinic.
- Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation.
- Professional appearance and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Proficiency in clinic management software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
