**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify key opportunities for growth and expansion within the target market.
- **Customer Acquisition and Retention**:
- Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:
- Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Organize and participate in product demonstrations to showcase value propositions effectively.
- **Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the sales pipeline, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and closures.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities and progress.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Effectively negotiate terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.
- Close sales transactions and ensure a smooth handover to the implementation or delivery team.
- **Market Intelligence**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and stay competitive in the marketplace.
- **Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams**:
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align strategies and improve the overall customer experience.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a customer-centric mindset.
- Should be well versed in multiple languages ( Kannada, Telugu, Hindi and Tamil)

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
