**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manufacturing requirements and translate them into SAP MII solutions.
- Configure SAP MII functionalities such as data services, event handlers, and transactions to automate manufacturing processes and data flows.
- Integrate SAP MII with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP MES) and external systems (e.g., PLCs, SCADA) using various integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, Web services).
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide real-time visibility into manufacturing performance and key metrics.
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP MII solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and end-users on SAP MII best practices, configuration options, and capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP MII features, enhancements, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions and services.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an SAP MII Consultant, with at least 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP MII development and implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP MII functionalities, including transaction templates, web services, data services, and integration technologies.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, SQL, and XML for custom development and scripting in SAP MII.
- Experience with SAP MII configuration, including data mappings, data transformations, and message-based communication.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards (e.g., ISA-95) is preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
- SAP certifications in SAP MII or related modules are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project meetings, workshops, and client engagements.
