**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Treasury Management**:

- Monitor and manage company cash flow and liquidity.
- Optimize treasury operations, ensuring adequate funding for business activities.
- Handle bank relationships, payments, and fund transfers.
- Assist in investment and risk management strategies.
- **Budgeting & Financial Planning**:

- Develop, monitor, and manage annual budgets.
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and financial risks.
- Support management in strategic financial decision-making.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Prepare reports on cash flow, financial forecasts, and budget variances.
- Assist in audits and regulatory reporting.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury, budgeting, or financial planning.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
- Knowledge of banking operations, risk management, and cash flow forecasting.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
