**Job Title**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop visual concepts, storyboards, and style frames.
- Create engaging narratives to simplify complex topics.
- Research and design assets (backgrounds, characters, props).
- Ensure smooth handoff to production teams.
- Collaborate with clients and animation teams for feedback and revisions.
- Pre-production planning
- Visual research and design.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in pre-production for animated explainer videos, particularly in technical fields such as cybersecurity, science, health, or AI.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous pre-production work for explainer videos and animations.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe animate, storyboard Pro and other relevant software for creating visual assets.
- Experience with storyboarding and understanding the animation production process.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate them visually in a creative and engaging manner.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in managing multiple projects with varying deadlines and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Based on the experience.

Experience: 3+ Years
