Job Title: AI/ML (on-site)
Location: Ahmedabad

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Design, build, and maintain AI/ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature selection to improve model performance.
- Evaluate and select appropriate machine learning frameworks and tools.
- Optimize AI/ML models for scalability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and incorporate them into projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and statistical concepts.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI/ML model deployment.
- Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for handling large-scale datasets.
