**About the Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled UX/UI Designer with a passion for creating seamless and impactful user experiences to join our Gen AI solutions team. This is a critical role aimed at designing user-centric, intuitive interfaces for AI-driven platforms that address the complex needs of the healthcare and life sciences industries. As a UX/UI Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming data into actionable insights and engaging experiences for a wide array of users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in active collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to comprehend requirements and craft innovative solutions.
- Conduct thorough user research, establish user personas, and chart user journeys for informed design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for a variety of digital interfaces.
- Partner closely with the development team to ensure the faithful execution of design elements.
- Remain abreast of the latest trends and advancements in UI design, specifically in the realm of Gen AI solutions.
- Refine UI/UX designs through user feedback, usability testing, and analytical insights.
- Document and articulate design concepts and prototypes to both team members and external stakeholders.
- Participate in the enhancement of the company's design system to ensure uniformity across all products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a closely related discipline.
- A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in creative problem-solving and a thorough understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent software.
- Familiarity with user testing practices and methodologies.
- Knowledge of front-end development languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Capable of thriving in an environment with tight deadlines and a rapid pace.

**Desired Skills and Knowledge**:

- Knowledge of data visualization and the ability to present complex data in accessible ways.
- A strategic mindset with the capacity to balance user needs, business objectives, and technological constraints.

**Tools**:

- Design and Prototyping: Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.
- User Testing: Various methodologies and tools for gathering user feedback.
- Development Familiarity: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for improved collaboration with developers.
