**Roles and responsibilities**
- **Contract drafting (Scoping Documents**)
- Creating detailed outlines of the services, deliverables, and obligations for both parties in a business agreement.

- **Customer engagement**:

- Building and maintaining customer relationships through various touchpoints and interactions. Supporting this by analyzing customer data, contributing to engagement strategies, and helping to implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience across all stages of their journey with the company.
