- Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them the proper solution
- Maintains print and electronic records and files as required.
- Educating clients about the various insurance policies such as automobile, Property, Business, Life, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and many others.
- Communicating with the clients and maintaining a good rapport with them.
- Maintaining clients records on a monthly basis.

Schedule:
Organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and follow up in a timely manner.
- Responsible for completing office routine work within TAT.
- Collecting documents according to the checklist from the customers / Channel Partners.
- Responsible to take care of entire Loan Execution process with Banks and NBFCs from Logins to Sanctioning and Sanctioning to Disbursement.
- knowledge of bankruptcy and loans / documentation
- Should collect all KYC documents and file the business with NO Pendency.
- Ability to understand customer’s need, explain the products (HL/ LAP/ Mortgage Loan) according to his need and convince them about the product benefit.
- Resolving Customer issues and queries
- Responsible to maintain MIS for logins, Sanctioned and Disbursed data of various banks and NBFCs for the company.
- Responsible to take follow up from Sales Managers of Banks and NBFCs for those files and Dockets which are under process and to provide the same to channel partners.
- Responsible to provide business report weekly, Bi-monthly and monthly to your immediate boss.
