Back Office Executive

Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Oversee stock levels conduct regular physical audits and maintain accurate inventory records often in an ERP or SAP system Operations Manage day-to-day store operations including the receipt storage and dispatch of materials and finished goods Staff Supervision Lead guide and manage a team of store staff ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency Financial Oversight Assist in managing store budgets analyzing sales performance and preparing relevant reports and forecasts Vendor and Purchase Management Liaise with the purchase department manage vendor relations and ensure timely payments Compliance Ensure the store adheres to all safety security and hygiene regulations Requirements and Skills Experience A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in store management or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with inventory management software or ERP systems is often required Leadership Strong leadership communication and team-building skills Organizational Skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Problem-Solving Competence in problem-solving and decision-making Note Female Candidates Required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
