**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Sales Support**
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by managing day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with sales executives, clients, and other departments to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle inquiries, provide product details, and manage customer relationships.

**2. Order Management**
- Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels to meet client requirements.
- Follow up on pending orders and payments with customers and internal teams.

**3. Data Management and Reporting**
- Maintain and update sales records in the company database.
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports for management review.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of sales-related data.

**4. Coordination and Communication**
- Act as a point of contact between the sales team, clients, and other departments.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

**5. Administrative Tasks**
- Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, and agreements.
- Handle documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Maintain records of expenses related to sales and submit them for approval.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 01-3 years in a similar role; experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM software and ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per month
