**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist the sales team with lead generation and qualification to drive new business opportunities.
- Manage and maintain accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring all customer interactions are documented.
- Coordinate direct sales efforts, including preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts for clients.
- Support territory sales by tracking performance metrics and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with technical sales representatives to provide customers with product information and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize and participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations as needed.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in inside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of technical sales processes and technology products is a plus.
- Excellent lead generation skills with the ability to identify potential customers and opportunities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to achieve individual goals.
