**Job Title: Office Administrator**
**Location**: Nagpur
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: 10000 - 12000
**Experience Required**: 1-3 years
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations.
- Maintain and update company records, files, and documentation.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for staff.
- Assist with HR-related tasks like attendance tracking, onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Support accounting and finance teams with basic invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
- Ensure the office is clean, safe, and functional at all times.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and landlord as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Familiarity with basic accounting
- Knowledge of office management procedures.
- Time management and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
