Key Responsibilities:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Ensure optimal stock levels of spare parts to meet service demands.
- Monitor and manage the ordering, stocking, and replenishment of parts to avoid shortages or excess.
- Perform regular stock audits and control parts inventory.
- Maintain detailed records of parts usage, returns, and stock adjustments.
- **Procurement & Supplier Relations**:

- Identify reliable suppliers for spare parts, negotiate prices, and manage relationships to ensure timely deliveries and competitive pricing.
- Analyze sales trends and parts requirements to forecast future stock needs.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and address any issues related to parts quality or delays.
- **Parts Distribution**:

- Oversee the distribution of spare parts to service technicians, dealers, and customers.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure the availability of required parts for repairs and maintenance.
- **Team Leadership & Training**:

- Manage and train the spare parts team to ensure efficient operations and maintain high levels of service quality.
- Assign tasks and monitor the team’s performance to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that parts are provided in a timely and professional manner to customers and service departments.
- Address customer queries regarding parts availability, prices, and specifications.
- Handle any issues related to faulty or incorrect parts, managing returns and exchanges as needed.
- **Budgeting & Cost Control**:

- Monitor and control the parts department’s budget and expenses, ensuring efficient operations within set financial targets.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality or service.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure that all spare parts meet quality standards and comply with company specifications.
- Manage warranty claims and returns in coordination with suppliers and customers.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of parts inventory, transactions, and suppliers.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on parts inventory levels, sales performance, and procurement activities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
