Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data related to inventory, production schedules, sales orders, and customer details in the company’s internal systems.

Maintain digital and physical records of stock, raw materials, and production logs.

Cross-verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with departments including production, sales, and dispatch to ensure data accuracy.

Generate reports on stock levels, order status, and production progress.

Handle administrative documentation such as invoices, delivery schedules, and shipment details.

Follow internal data entry protocols and maintain information confidentiality.

Suggest improvements in data management processes.

Minimum education: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

Good command of MS Excel and MS Word.

Fast and accurate typing skills.

Organized, responsible, and detail-focused.

Basic understanding of office work and data handling.

Effective communication and team collaboration skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Work Conditions:
