Data Entry Clerk

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, update, and maintain data in the company's database and systems accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of all data entry tasks.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform data backups and ensure data integrity and security.
- Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on entered data.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Work with team members to ensure data is processed on time.
- Review and correct errors in data, if necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus.
- Strong typing and data entry skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office equipment and software (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills.
