Job Title:_**_ Trainee Business Analyst & Trainee Implementation Consultant_

**_ Role Overview:_**
- We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic _**_MHA/MBA (Healthcare Management) 2025_**_ graduates to join our team as _**_Trainee Business Analysts and Trainee Implementation Consultants._**_ These roles are ideal for freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for improving healthcare systems through business analysis and technology implementation._

**_ Job Responsibilities:_**

**_ Trainee Business Analyst:_**
- _ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements for healthcare IT projects._
- _ Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for process improvement._
- _ Create detailed functional specifications and workflows._
- _ Support project teams in developing and delivering healthcare solutions that meet client needs._
- _ Assist in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements._
- _ Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution._
- _ Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights to stakeholders._

**_ Trainee Implementation Consultant:_**
- _ Participate in the configuration, customization, and deployment of healthcare IT solutions._
- _ Train end-users on system functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption._
- _ Conduct system testing to identify and resolve implementation issues._
- _ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical or operational challenges._
- _ Provide post-implementation support to ensure system stability and performance._
- _ Document implementation processes and develop user guides or training materials._
- _ Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards during system deployment._
