**Job Summary**

1**1.**Requires the Knowledge of computer numerically controlled or CNC programs to be used for automating machinists.

**2.**Creates instructions for machinists.

**3.**Reviews 3D CAD design blueprints.

**4.**Makes calculations for programming including where materials should be cut.

**5.**Translates instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program.

**6.**Checks completed programs by running simulations or tests.

**7.**Prepares geometric layout of designs using proper software.

**8.**Determines sequence of operations in a program.

**9.**Chooses cutting tools that will be needed.

**10.**Write low level complexity CNC milling and turning programs that execute successfully, efficiently and safely.

**11.**Read code in programs and make alterations to existing programs.

**12.**Explain why any line of code that the Programmer has written is necessary and what would happen if it is eliminated.

**13.**Analyzes and selects speeds and cutting tools for programs.

**14.**Makes improvements to set up times for a task and contouring of complex shapes.

**15.**Analyze the behavior of code to diagnose a problem and find the underlying cause.

**Qualifications and Skills**

1.) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2.) Auto Cad, Pro -E

3.) Knowledge of CNC Programming

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹48,525.00 per month
