Opening for the post of **Mechanical Maintenance Engineer **with our esteemed client to be based at Ahmedabad

**Education Qualification**: Diploma /BE / B. Tech - Mechanical

**Experience**:5+ years of experience

**Job Location: Ahmedabad’ Gujarat**

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machines and instruments to increase operational/ machine up time and equipment reliability.
- Planning of Maintenance - Various activities related to planning to get maximum production with optimum efficiency i. e. reduce breakdowns in Production time, Daily checks, Preventive Maintenance, Lubricating the Machines.
- Safety trainings and safety management.
- Have responsible for scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines
- Ensuring the facility satisfies all industry regulations and the govt. compliances
- Responsible for annual maintenance budget and to managing budgets
- Responsible for spare parts development, design drawing and modification.
- Developing and implementing a (proactively) maintenance program.
- Coordinate the completion of complex repairs and job work related work with vendors.
- Look for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
- Generation of maintenance reports and root cause analysis of the breakdowns.
- Responsible for the entire operation of Utilities (Compressors, Chillers, Boiler, Fire Hydrant System, ETP, MEE, Cooling towers etc.
- Co-ordination with procurement, prepare PR, codification. Coordination with Various service providing vendors for timely completion of work with safety and within approved cost.
