**Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated DTP Operator to join our team at JackInTheBox Toys Private Limited. As a DTP Operator, you will work closely with our experienced team to learn about the industry, gain hands-on experience, and develop your skills. You will have the opportunity to work on real projects, contribute to the team, and gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and layout: Using software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or QuarkXPress, DTP operators create and design layouts for various documents, such as brochures, newsletters, flyers, books, and manuals. They ensure that the layout is visually appealing, easy to read, and appropriate for the intended audience.

2. Editing and proofreading: DTP operators may also be responsible for editing and proofreading the documents they design to ensure that they are error-free and meet quality standards.

3. Image manipulation: They may also manipulate images, such as resizing, cropping, or color correcting, to ensure that they are of high quality and suitable for the intended purpose.

4. Prepress preparation: DTP operators prepare documents for printing by ensuring that all necessary elements are present and that the document is properly formatted for the printing process.

5. Communication: DTP operators may also communicate with clients to ensure that the design meets their requirements and expectations.

6. File management: They also organize, maintain, and archive files in a systematic manner to ensure that they are easily retrievable when needed.

7. Keeping up-to-date: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and techniques is vital in this role.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a thorough understanding of US design standards and guidelines and excellent typographic and layout skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
