Warehouse Operative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily logistics operations including **loading and unloading of goods** at warehouses, depots, and customer sites.
- Manage inbound and outbound transportation to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for proper stacking, storage, and safe handling of goods.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation for **loading/unloading activities** and monitor productivity.
- Monitor vehicle scheduling, route planning, and fleet utilization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock movement in coordination with warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations during handling, loading, and unloading operations.
- Resolve logistics issues and handle escalations with clients, drivers, and vendors.
- Develop cost-reduction strategies and optimize resource utilization.
- Prepare and maintain reports on vehicle movement, loading/unloading performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and motivate logistics staff to achieve operational goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transport, or warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of **loading/unloading procedures, safety, and labor management**.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and team management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and logistics/ERP software.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**job Details**:

- **Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
- **Timing**: 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
- **Location**: SK Translines Pvt. Ltd.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
