**Job Title**: UK IT Recruiter (Fresher)

**Location**: Thuckalay, Nagercoil
**Work Mode**: On-site
**Shift Timing**: 1:30 PM - 9:30 PM IST (UK Shift)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand job requirements shared by UK clients or internal account managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A, BBA, BCA, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shift timings (1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST).
- Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
