**Key Responsibilities**:
- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for contract and permanent positions in the **UK market**.
- Build strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients for long-term collaboration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- **1-4 years of IT recruitment experience** (preferably in the UK staffing market).
- Strong knowledge of UK hiring practices, job boards, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, Right-to-Work).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in **UK shift timings**.
- Target-driven, proactive, and organized with attention to detail.
