Office Assistant

Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Coordinate and oversee facilities maintenance.
Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and tidy the office premises daily, including desks, floors, and common areas.
Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with essential supplies.
Empty trash bins regularly and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Keep office equipment and furniture in good condition.
Tea/Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and guests.
Maintain kitchen area cleanliness and ensure pantry supplies were well-stocked.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
