**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Moochuu Footwear products, including styles, sizes, materials, and care instructions to confidently assist customers.
- **Sales Achievement**: Meet and exceed individual sales targets through active selling, upselling, and cross-selling. Contribute to the store’s overall sales performance.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and visually appealing.
- **Store Presentation**: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. Ensure displays are tidy and products are displayed according to brand standards.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with care.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure customers have a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet store objectives.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest trends in footwear, fashion, and customer preferences to offer relevant recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required. Experience in footwear or fashion is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- **Team-Oriented**: Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive store environment.
- **Motivated and Goal-Driven**: Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and achieve personal and store-wide goals.
- **Flexible Schedule**: Willingness to work during weekends, and holidays, depending on store needs.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weight, and perform basic physical tasks like stocking shelves and organizing inventory.
