**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campus Coordination**: Connect with degree colleges, polytechnic institutes, and schools to initiate and manage campus recruitment and outreach programs.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Communicate effectively with higher authorities in educational institutions to discuss and explain the purpose, objectives, and benefits of collaboration.
- **Meeting Coordination**:Schedule and manage meetings with institutional representatives, ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain effective communication.
- **General Coordination**: Assist in various coordination tasks related to institutional collaborations and campus activities.
- **MIS Preparation**: Prepare, maintain, and update Management Information System (MIS) reports for tracking progress, meetings, and follow-ups.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in convincing and negotiation techniques.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prepare and manage data in Excel and other reporting tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Graduation in any discipline (preferred background in Marketing, Administration, or Coordination).
- Prior experience in mobilization, campus coordination, or related fields is an advantage.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed for campus visits and meetings.
- Self-motivated and proactive in achieving targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:
