**Urgent Hiring for Compliance at Barmer, Rajasthan.**

**Experience - Minimum 2 Years**

**Designation - Compliance**

**CTC - Max 35,000**

**Location - Barmer, Rajasthan**

**Major Responsibilities**:
Collecting & keeping records of all of Sub contractors' & Principal Contractor’s attendance & other required data for monthly compliance at site.

Preparing/ Verifying Wages Register/ PF ESIC PTAX LWF paid Challans and various forms & compliance requirement based on principle employers from Site.

Collecting the statutory data and submitting it to Principal Employer for approval and resolution of queries, if any, raised by Principal Employer.

Obtaining clearance from Principal Employer on monthly basis and at the end of the project.

Payroll management of either resources deployed through agency or for deployed sub-vendor who is not having statutory registration, their salary and compliances paid through us.

Take approval from principal employers (if required) and co-ordinate with MRU’s contractor for wage payment by 7th of every succeeding month.

Co-ordinate with Principal Contractor for all other compliance by 14th of every succeeding month.

Collecting the statutory data and submitting to Principal Employer for approval and resolving of queries received by Principal Employer (if any) by 25th of every succeeding month.

Obtaining clearance from Principal Employer on monthly basis and at last during closure of project / site work by end of every succeeding month.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Barmer, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
