The quality of school education available to students from low-income communities across India is abysmal. Their chances of attending college, or building a career are significantly lower than their high-income peers, condemning them to a life without voice or choice. iTeach was born in 2015 to challenge this status quo and create a level playing field for ALL children.

**Responsibilities**

Our students are mostly first-generation college-goers who deserve holistic support to thrive in college and crack their first sustainable job. Towards this vision, we provide 360-degree support to 2000 student alumni through a strong team of 20 staff members. iTeach C2C is known for its stellar results, aspiring professional development, exciting leadership opportunities, and nurturing work culture.

Within the C2C team, four sub-verticals work: The admissions Team, the Careers Team, the Engagement Team, and the Lifeguarding team. The Communication Associate's role is crucial in streamlining communication across all four sub-verticals of C2C to the alumni, designing and executing branding and marketing strategies for C2C programs, and ensuring all these programs effectively reach the student community

**Building Engagement in iTeach Alumni Community**
- Design and run impactful marketing campaigns for C2C work
- Event Support**:Provide support in organising and promoting events, both online and offline, including handling invitations, logistics, and post-event communications.
- Manage the social media page effectively and regularly to engage alumni

**Building a Brand of College To Career Program**
- Manage College To Career World's digital presence (social media, website, newsletter) to grow reach and effectiveness.
- Creation and Delivery of Content: Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to collect (data, quotes, testimonials, pictures, etc.) and create content for social media, donor reports, blogs, newsletter
- Brand Building**:Ideate and research initiatives to build brand awareness, and engage new and existing stakeholders (companies, volunteers, community)

**Website Management**
- Manage the College To Career World ( C2Cs ) website end-to-end
- Creatively develop the website and present all of C2C’s work there
- Make the website engaging for the alumni community

**Prerequisites**
- Required: Bachelor’s degree with strong performance
- Preferred: 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Preferred: Experience in leading social media marketing campaigns
